RHUBARB COBBLER 
3/4 - 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced rhubarb
1-2 tsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. nut meats

Cook first 6 ingredients until thick, pour into greased pan. Combine next 7 ingredients over rhubarb. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Serve with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
