RHUBARB COBBLER 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. rhubarb (1" pieces)
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add rhubarb and water. Cook and stir until mixture is boiling. Cook 1 minute more. Pour into 8" round baking dish. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Place in hot oven, 400 degrees, while preparing biscuits.

Sift together flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in 4 tablespoons butter. Stir in milk. Push from spoon in dollops atop hot rhubarb mixture. Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
