CRAB MOLD 
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 or 2 green onions, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise

Heat soup, dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water and mix with soup. Cool slightly. Mix together other ingredients. Pour into mold and chill overnight. Spread on crackers.
