HORSERADISH SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 bottle horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
Green pepper rings for garnish

Fix jello according to package directions. When nearly set, fold in horseradish and salt. Fold in cream. Pour into greased mold. When ready to use, unmold and serve on salad greens. Garnish with green pepper rings.
