WHITE GAZPACHO 
3 med. cucumbers
2 c. sour cream
1 c. yogurt
2 c. chicken broth or stock
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1/2 c. chopped scallions, including tops
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
Splash of vinegar
1/2 c. vodka
Salt and pepper to taste

Puree all cucumbers with a little of the sour cream and yogurt. Pour into big bowl and blend it well. Chop the remaining ingredients. Combine them with the liquid in the bowl, blending them with a whisk and adding the remaining sour cream and yogurt, vinegar and vodka. Chill before serving. Serves 8-10.
