BRAN 'N RAISIN MOLASSES MUFFINS 
2 c. All Bran cereal
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins

Combine all Bran, milk and molasses. Let stand until moisture is taken up, 1/2 hour or so. Add egg and beat well.

Sift flour, salt, soda and add with raisins to All Bran mixture. Stir until combined.

Yield: 12 to 15 muffins. Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes and remove from pans. Serve warm.
