CHICKEN BREASTS PARMESAN 
1/2 c. pancake mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts, split
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. dry Lipton onion soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In medium bowl, combine pancake mix salt and pepper. Roll chicken breasts in mixture and place in a a shallow 3 quart baking dish overlapping slightly if necessary. Combine soup, onion soup mix and milk in a small bowl and blend until smooth. Pour over chickens. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
