PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS | |
2 c. bread crumbs 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. parsley, chopped or 1 tbsp. flakes 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. melted butter 8 chicken breasts, boned & skinned Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, coating well. Roll and press crumbs and cheese mixture on each piece. Place flat in casserole lined with foil. Do not overlap. Drizzle remaining butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. |
