CHICKEN BREASTS PARMESAN 
4 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 c. butter
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In bowl, combine crumbs, cheese and parsley. Melt butter and stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Allow to cool.

Dip each halved breast in butter mixture. Roll breast in crumb mixture until well coated. Place in ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, uncovered, until brown. Makes 8.

So easy to make - no browning!

You may freeze at this point.
