TANGY BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of ground cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
6 to 8 pork chops

Combine all ingredients except pork chops in a small sauce pan; bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Grill chops over medium heat to desired doneness, basting frequently with sauce. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
