ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns, mostly thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
