STUFFED BEEF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. poultry stuffing
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced mushrooms or canned

Mix beef with steak sauce and salt. Shape into 6 large patties. In center of each pattie, place mound of poultry stuffing. Fold beef over stuffing and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees in greased shallow baking pan.

In saucepan, saute mushrooms in butter and spoon over meat. Makes 6 servings.
