BUTTERNUT POUND CAKE 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. Swans Down cake flour
1 c. Crisco
5 tbsp. whole milk
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring

Beat eggs well; add sugar and beat well. Add Crisco and continue to beat. Add butternut flavoring and milk. Sift flour and divide into three parts, adding to mixture gradually, beating well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes in tube pan.
