HAMBURGER FILLING FOR 100 
16 lbs. hamburger
2 qts. tomato juice
2 bottles catsup
8 onions (or less) sauteed and added later
4 cloves garlic
2 qts. pickle relish
Chili powder, to taste

Cook hamburger in large kettle until done and drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients and reheat. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with mustard (if desired) on hamburger buns.
