SHREDDED CARROT AND RAISIN SALAD 
5 med. carrots
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Grate carrots, coarsely. Mix all other ingredients together and combine with carrots. Chill until ready to serve. (May add a little pineapple juice, if too dry.) 4 to 6 servings.
