EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans evenly on bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix according to package directions; spread over nuts and coconut.

In microwave - container melt cream cheese and butter in microwave oven. Stir sugar and cream cheese mixture - mixing well. Spread over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
