LAMB PASANDA 
1 lb. lamb
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. coriander
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. garam masala mix

GARAM MASALA MIX:

1 tsp. cardamom
3 tsp. coriander
3/4 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
4 tsp. black pepper

Mix these and use 1 teaspoon of mixture in recipe.

Melt butter, gently fry onion and garlic. Add spices, fry another 2 minutes. Add lamb and yogurt, cover pan. Cook until done. Serve with rice and Pakora.
