HAM WITH SWEET POTATOES 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. cooked ham, twice ground
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. can sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. honey

In a bowl beat the egg slightly. Stir in the milk, bread crumbs, ground ham and 1/2 teaspoon of the mustard. Mix lightly until well blended, then shape into about 12 balls. Distribute balls in a greased shallow baking dish. Arrange the sweet potatoes between the ham balls in the dish. Combine the melted butter, honey and remaining 1/2 teaspoon mustard; drizzle over the ham and potatoes. Bake, uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
