HAMBURGER NOODLE BAKE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 c. cooked noodles
1/2 c. onion, cut up
1/4 c. green pepper, cut up
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup

Mix until smooth the cream cheese, evaporated milk, lemon juice, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix with noodles and put in a 7x11 inch baking dish.

In a 10-inch skillet, cook the onion, green pepper, and butter. Add the ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in tomato sauce and catsup. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes until mixture thickens. Spread over noodles. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes until bubbly hot.
