ROSEMARY CHICKEN DEVORE 
It really is an easy recipe.. Its a crowd pleaser!!

4 boneless chicken breasts
diced onions, to taste
fresh rosemary (dried with work as well)
Italian seasonings, to taste
1 tbsp. water
1 (24 oz.) jar three cheese Prego sauce (or favorite sauce), divided
Parmesan cheese, to taste
1 (16 oz.) box rotini (or favorite pasta)

First cut chicken into cubes, place in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of water, sprinkle with diced onions (about 1/2 teaspoon), cut rosemary into small pieces, sprinkle Italian seasonings. Sauté until chicken is cooked. Pour 1 cup of sauce on chicken.

In a separate pot place the remaining sauce in with diced onions, rosemary (cut into small pieces), Italian seasonings and Parmesan cheese (all ingredients to taste). After chicken is thoroughly cooked place in the pot with sauce. Simmer for at least 1 hour.

Note: the trick to this recipe is the longer it simmers the better the chicken tastes!!

Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. The best way to serve Chicken DeVore is over the pasta!!
