CHILI 
3 lb. ground beef or turkey
6 cans chili hot beans
1 can V-8 Juice
1 large onion chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Cumin
Season Salt to taste

Cook ground beef or turkey in skillet seasoned with seasoned salt Drain off any fat. Put remaining ingredients with meat in a large pot and simmer for about 2 hours. Best served 2nd day after spices have had a chance to soak in beans and meat. Can be thickened with flour, if desired. Add hot sauce to taste, if desired. 1 pound of dried pinto beans can be substituted but they must be thick with very little juice. Also you must increase the chili powder and cumin to 3 Tbsp. each.
