EASY LEMON TORTE 
Prepare a graham cracker crust in 9 x 9 inch pan or individual torte cups. Mix with electric mixer until thick:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 2 lemons plus some rind, finely grated
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped until very thick

Fold into lemon mix. Fill over crust. Chill.
