HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
Durkee fried onion rings

Combine all the ingredients except cheese and fried onions. Pour the ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add onions and cheese on top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
