QUICKIE CHICKEN PIE 
1 fryer, cooked, deboned, & cut into small chunks
1 stick butter
3-4 hard boiled eggs
1 C plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 C milk
1 can condensed cream chicken soup
1 1/2 C chicken broth

Place meat in bottom of shallow baking dish. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Slice eggs over top of chicken & butter mixture. Mix flour, baking powder and milk. Pour over eggs. Mix soup and chicken broth in sauce pot. Bring to a boil. Pour over top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
