CHEESEBURGER QUICHE 
Quiche pastry or frozen pie crust
Custard
1/2 lb. hamburger
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

CUSTARD:

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. canned (evaporated) milk
Pinch of salt, cayenne, nutmeg if desired

Fry meat until brown; drain fat. Season with salt and pepper. Place meat and cheese in prepared quiche shell. Pour on custard.

Bake in preheated 375°F oven, 40-45 minutes or until custard is set and lightly brown. Allow to set 3-4 minutes before serving.
