CHEESE STICKS 
1 c. ground Swiss cheese
1 c. flour
1 c. butter

Knead a dough of all ingredients. Roll out the dough and cut regular sticks (about 6 inches long). Arrange sticks on greased baking tin and bake in hot (450 degree) oven 6 to 8 minutes or until just golden brown. (Too dark means bitter taste.)
