GRAHAM MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. stirred whole wheat flour
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients. Make well in dry ingredients. Pour in liquid ingredients and stir until moistened. Fill muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake 15-18 minutes at 425 degrees or until done.
