SALMON PATTIES 
1 (8 oz.) can salmon or tuna
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Saute in small amount of butter the celery and onion, add to other ingredients; mix well. Make patties and fry in deep fat.
