CREAM PUFFS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. Stella Doro an-genette cookies

Cream the cream cheese and add drained pineapple, then mix in Cool Whip. Cut each cookie in 1/2 and fill with mix. Refrigerate, covered. For different holidays, top with different colors.
