SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 c. hamburger meat
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 c. beef broth
10 oz. peas
2 c. mashed potatoes
Paprika

In 2 quart casserole dish, heat onion and butter on high for 3 1/2 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in flour and parsley. Gradually add broth. Cook at high for 7 minutes or until gravy is thickened, stirring once. Spoon potatoes on top of casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Heat at high for 2 minutes.
