SCALLOPED POTATOES 
Potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked in salt water until done

1 can Cheddar cheese soup/sauce
1/2 can milk

Blend with wire whisk until smooth.

Salt
Pepper
Butter
Grated cheese

Drain potatoes. Place 1/2 in baking dish, top with butter, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 of soup mixture and 1/2 of grated cheese. Repeat. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Potatoes will thicken if allowed to set a few minutes before serving.
