GYPSY GULYAS (CSZIGANY GULYAS) 
3 c. corn, cooked or raw
3 tomatoes
3 green peppers
3 onions
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice the onion and fry in the butter. Chop peppers and add to onions frying gently for 5 minutes with paprika. Add corn, tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook slowly as over an open fire. If vegetables seem not wet enough, add some water to make a little broth. Serve with boiled rice.
