SOUR MILK PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, soured by adding 1/4 c. concentrate lemon juice
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 stick butter melted

In large mixing bowl combine sugar, salt and flour. Add beaten egg yolks, vanilla, milk and melted butter. Mix until well blended. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
