SOUR MILK PIE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour milk
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. seedless raisins
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

(To 1 c. of sweet milk, add 1 tsp. lemon juice or cider vinegar. Let set 15 minutes).

Combine all of the ingredients, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Let all stand 45 minutes to allow raisins to plump up and the milk to acidify. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Pour mixture into the pie shell. Bake 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until pie is set. Cool and serve.
