HAM AND ORANGE SALAD 
1 clove garlic, cut in 1/2
2 c. diced cooked ham
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Rub salad bowl with garlic. Mix ham, celery, walnuts, onions and orange segments and refrigerate just before serving. Mix remaining ingredients on ham and toss. Makes 5 servings.
