Sweet potatoes Vegetable shortening butter Wash potatoes and pat dry. Rub skin with vegetable shortening. Bake in 425 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Test for doneness by squeezing using a pot holder. Split potatoes down center and serve with butter. | |
