BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 1" pieces
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 c. bite-size lettuce, Romaine
16 cherry tomatoes
6 slices toasted bread, cut into cubes

Fry bacon until crisp. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and pepper in bowl. Whisk until smooth. Place lettuce in a bowl. Add dressing, blend. Add tomatoes, bread cubes and bacon; serve.
