ORANGE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (24 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lg. orange gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice
1 lg. container whipped topping

Sprinkle gelatin over cottage cheese and mix well, crushing any large curds. Add well drained pineapple and whipped topping. Mix well and keep in covered container in refrigerator. This makes a large salad. You may share with neighbors.
