2 c. flour
1 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. water
A little food coloring (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a pan. Put over medium heat and stir continuously until water evaporated and the mixture sticks together. Remove from heat and cool.
