1 c. lg. (16 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. whipped cream

Whip cream until stiff. Add other ingredients. Mix and freeze.
