CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. boiling water
2 c. chopped apples
2 med. oranges, sections and diced (pulp only)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix first 4 ingredients together and let chill a little while. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour into a mold. Sprinkle pecans over if desired. You can easily make 1/2 of recipe if you want a smaller salad.
