EASY SCALLOPED HASH BROWNS 
2 or 3 pkgs. frozen hash browns
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can fried onions
Salt & pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into crock pot that has been sprayed or greased. Stir well and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. (May want to add some fresh diced onions or 1 can of cream of onion soup.)
