HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine potatoes, sour cream, soup, and butter in bowl. Mix well, stir in onion and cheese. Spoon in casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
