SOUR CREAM PUDDING 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/3 c. sour cream, divided

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add 1 cup of sour cream. Spread batter into two greased 8-inch baking dishes. Cover batter with 1 1/2 cups brown sugar and 1 1/3 cups sour cream. Bake at 325°F for about 30 minutes. Serve warm with light cream.

Serves 10-12.
