CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely diced & peeled zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Combine butter, oil and sugar. Beat until smooth and light. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat on low speed. Beat in buttermilk by hand. Stir in dry ingredients; mix well. Add zucchini. (Mixture will be thick, zucchini contains alot of moisture.) Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
