PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 c. salad oil
2 c. (16 oz.) pumpkin
3 c. sugar
3 1/3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of cloves

Beat eggs, add oil, water and pumpkin. Mix well. Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and spices. Add the pumpkin mixture to this. Stir well.

Turn into 3 well oiled loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven, set on racks so that bread may cool in the tins.
