PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. unbleached flour
2/3 c. whole-wheat flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/3 c. cider
1 c. pumpkin puree

Cream together sugars and butter. Add eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Add alternately with cider and pumpkin puree. Beat well.

Bake in loaf pan 1 hour at 350°F.
