1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. Soft as Silk cake flour (Soft as Silk only)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 sm. can coconut

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, one at a time and beat good. Mix dry ingredients and begin and end with flour mixture. Start in a cold oven. Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
