STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM 
3 c. crushed strawberries
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. pectin
1 c. water
Freezer containers

Crush berries in large bowl. Add sugar to berries, stir and set aside for 20 minutes, stirring often. Bring water to a boil, add pectin and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add this to berries after 20 minutes are up and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into containers to be frozen. Let stand in containers on counter for 24 hours before freezing. Makes 7 cups.
