QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. chopped ham
2 tbsp. butter
2 pie crusts
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix cheese, flour, ham and butter in 1 bowl. Mix eggs, milk, cream, salt in 1 bowl. Add cheese bowl to egg bowl. Mix together and pour in prebaked pie crusts. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool, cut and enjoy!
